Injection moulding manufacturing & production is the core of  business. The range of injection moulded products we can manufacture is comprehensive and we serve a cross section of markets including the medical, technical and defence industries. Custom moulding is our speciality and we can produce either complete injection mould products or component parts, which we can also help assemble into a larger product if required.

 

We can produce components up to 0.6-0.8kg, to your desired quantity as frequently as required.  Our injection moulding machines include Boy, Engel and Oima machines and include: 22 ton, 30 ton, 50 ton, 80 ton, 125 and 230 ton clamping pressure. We work with a wide range of thermoplastic polymers including ABS, polycarbonate, polypropylene, Nylon family – as well as engineering materials such as PEEK
